What is health?

According to the World health organization (WHO) health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being. It’s not just absence of diseases or infirmity. There are types of health dimension as listed below.

  1. Physical health

It is defined as the physical state of your body. It is related to the absence or presence of diseases to the level of fitness. It is being able to express human emotions like happiness, sadness, anger etc. Your body reacts and responds to the changes. It is the interdisciplinary field relation to the safety, health and welfare of people at work. It is to protect co-workers, family members, employees and costumer from work place environment.
