  • Supported Fish Pose (Matsyasana Variation)

  • Forward Fold (Uttanasana)

Legs Up The Wall helps in lymph drainage and even increases the blood circulation and releases the pressure from the back. As a result, your nervous system can completely relax and reset.

  1. You have to settle yourself on the floor and sit almost 3 inches away from the wall.
  2. Lie down on your back and make your legs straight up with the support of the wall.

  4. Stay in the position for up to 1-10 minutes depending on your capability.
